Refunds

Because our services are primarily professional consulting and training delivered either onsite or virtually, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally, refunds may be considered if:

  • You cancel a scheduled training or consulting service at an agreed upon number of days before the agreed service date.
  • There is a significant failure on our part to deliver the services as agreed.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email and will be reviewed promptly. Partial refunds may be offered depending on the extent of services delivered before cancellation.

Please note that for customized consulting or training programs already underway or completed, refunds are typically not provided.

Returns

As our services are non-tangible and customized, we do not accept returns. However, we strive to ensure you receive value and satisfaction from all engagements. If you have concerns or issues with the services provided, please contact us immediately so we can address them.

Rescheduling and Cancellations
